Mediterranean Herbs
This dressing blends two herbs basil and parsley with EVOO and garlic to provide a delicious and all-purpose dressing for all seasons. It is very nice on fish and sea food, avocado, salads, pasta, rice, vegetables, dressing or marinate BBQ meat/chicken/vegetables, or use as a dip with bread (pita/artisan bread).
