Volunteers were asked to introduce the Good Life Dressings (2 tablespoons a day) into their diet for a month without changing any other aspects of their lifestyle. The Australian case studies were carried out with the supervision of a dietician.
Case 1 – New Zealand
A diabetic in his late 60s, who was highly stressed and experienced 1-3 hypoglycaemia per month that at times required emergency hospital treatment.
